My parents are familiar with Doug and recommended him to me when we decided to look at a house last minute. This is our third home purchase and there were aspects of each previous home purchase that I wasn't pleased with so I thought I could find a realtor that was a better fit. Doug is that fit!! Doug is the best realtor we have used to purchase a home and we had a GREAT home buying experience. I am so incredibly impressed by his attention to detail, friendliness, patience, honesty, and ability to be tactful and act in our best interest. Doug has been extremely helpful in our home purchase and gave us his insight and advice, but was not pushy at all and we truly felt that he wanted the best for us. I also am pleased so far with the information he gave us as we look to sell our previous home, we have never had much guidance with pricing and he has been so helpful and professional in that regard. I look forward to continuing to work with him!

Doug Birkey was very professional and helpful. He was amenable to the price we wanted to start out with and he managed to get the showings as close together as he could, since we have dogs and we don't have any place to take them. He did a great job with the negotiations and he managed to work out the details with the buyers so that we were able to reach compromises that suited us all.
